Facilities Available

Please bring a winter blanket or one will be provided if necessary. Deposits are required at the beginning of each month and payment in full is due at the end of each month. Farrier work and veterinary expenses are the horse owner’s responsibility.

 *Indoor Boarding definition:
Includes in stall shavings, heated waterer, daily cleaning, daily feeding and access to white salt block and day pen. (Pricing is for 1 horse.)

*Outdoor Boarding definition:
Large Turnout Pen and includes heated waterer, daily feeding, access to white salt block and a wind break. Please bring a winter blanket or one will be provided if necessary. (Pricing is for 1 horse.)

Monthly boarding includes use of arena during business hours for clients who wish to ride.

Equine Requirements

All horses allowed upon the premises must be confirmed to be - and remain - up to date on all vaccinations. Out-of-state horses must have a 6 month negative Coggins Test result to be admitted. Please have all proper paperwork on-hand for confirmation.

Arenas

Indoor & Out

 Our facilities include both an indoor and outdoor arena as well as access to riverside trails. We have a two (2) horse maximum for indoor and outdoor arena usage.

Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your specific desired arena usage dates and times.

 *Indoor Arena:

Our Indoor Arena is 80 x 225, available year round depending on owner’s schedule. Only 2 outside* horses allowed per arena usage.

*Outside meaning those not within the Gary Cooper Performance Horses training programs.

*Outdoor Arena:
Our Outdoor Arena is 125 x 300, available year round depending on owner’s schedule and weather. Only 2 outside* horses allowed per arena usage.
